§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: http://bursztynmedicalspaapartamenty.wa.profitroom.com
   and has been in effect since 27.04.2016.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performance of a contract or taking actions at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of provided services – request to complete a survey or answer a few questions concerning the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information in social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of giving consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.

If a person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after this period the information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, enforcing or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract performance, responding to inquiries, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, enforcing, or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of programming companies and providers of IT systems, with whom we have appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing and confidentiality rules. This data is not shared and none of these companies have the right to process data in any other way than specified in the agreement. Your data, if the company has access to it, may be processed solely for the proper provision of services.
